Who Works at MLC?

 

We are a passionate team of more than 500 full-time, part-time and casual professionals who work together towards two common goals: to make our school a fantastic place to work and to ensure MLC is a centre of learning excellence. Employee Assistance Program

MLC has an Employee Assistance Program available through Clear Minds, a subsidiary of Anglicare WA. Free confidential counselling is available for staff and their families for up to 6 sessions per year. Support can be accessed by calling 1300 114 446.

Enterprise Agreement

The MLC Staff Agreement 2022-2024 came into operation from 23 February 2023. Attached is a copy of the Agreement with the two Modern Awards it should be read in conjunction with: the Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020 and Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020 plus a summary of the National Employment Standards (NES).
