Globally, women still represent only around 35% of STEM graduates, reflecting persistent social norms and biases — one reason tailored programs that encourage girls to explore STEM, lead and speak up matter.
Students who receive an all-girls’ education are also more likely to select traditionally male-dominated subjects, take up leadership opportunities and ask more questions than in a co-ed classroom — trying everything without fear of failure.
