Play Days at MLC

Welcome to Play Days at MLC – where wonder begins and connections are built.

Play Days at MLC is our early childhood playgroup for parents and children aged six months to two years old (boys and girls). Taking place in our safe, secure and purpose-built Early Learning Kindergarten rooms, these fun and sociable playgroup sessions feature activities specifically designed by our early childhood specialists that focus on play-based, hands-on experiences. There will also be opportunities for parents and children to visit other parts of the College including the Library, Music rooms, Art rooms and Gym.

Play Days at MLC is an opportunity for you to connect with one another and establish a foundation for support through the early parenting years. A light morning tea will be provided for you and your child. We request that you bring your own keep cup and child’s water bottle. We now invite bookings to our Term 2 sessions. Our Playgroup

At MLC, it is our mission to create a connected community that encourages kindness and meaningful interactions – and this starts with our youngest children. Our playgroup is a place for families to come together, form friendships and enhance the school transition process.

Here’s everything you need to know about Play Days at MLC:

1. Runs twice per term
2. Maximum 15 parents per session
3. Both boys and girls welcome
4. All members of our wider community invited to attend
5. Overseen by a member of the Early Learning staff
6. Parents must stay and supervise their children
7. Free of cost

Visitors can park in either our Meredith Taylor Sports Centre or Hadley Hall car parks before making the short walk across campus to the Early Learning reception where they will sign in and be given further details about the session. Please view the MLC campus map here.
