MLC has an Employee Assistance Program available through Access Wellbeing Services. Free confidential counselling is available for staff and their families for up to 6 sessions per year. The new MLC Staff Agreement 2025-2027 came into effect from 11 July 2025 covering both Teaching and Operations staff.
