Principal

The Principal is the College's Chief Executive Officer and educational champion with overall responsibility for learning, teaching, students and all staff. At MLC, the Principal is assisted in this role by the College Leadership Team.

Deputy Principal

The Deputy Principal assists the Principal to achieve the intent of the College’s Vision, Mission and Values, and implement successfully the Strategic Plan. The Deputy Principal is responsible for matters relating to academic progress and student wellbeing across Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12, as well as the oversight of teachers’ welfare.

In doing so, the Dean of Junior Years' Education has specific responsibility in the Junior Years (Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6) and for the management and attainment of the strategic goals.

The Director of Global Strategy is a team leader who reports to the Principal and has a strategic position within the CLT. In fulfilling this role, the Director of Global Strategy enables and supports learning, teaching, research and administration by managing and integrating services in information management and technology.
