Rebecca Clarke
Principal
The Principal is the College's Chief Executive Officer and educational champion with overall responsibility for learning, teaching, students and all staff. At MLC, the Principal is assisted in this role by the College Leadership Team.
Katy Moore
Deputy Principal - Years 7-12
The Deputy Principal assists the Principal in the pursuit of the College Vision and Mission Statements and Strategic Plan and Goals. In doing so, they have specific responsibility in Years 7-12 and for the management and attainment of the strategic goals.
Kylie Cross
Deputy Principal - Early Learning Centre - Year 6
The Deputy Principal assists the Principal in the pursuit of the College Vision and Mission Statements and Strategic Plan and Goals. In doing so, they have specific responsibility in the Early Learning Centre–Year 6, and for the management and attainment of the strategic goals.
Michael Burgess
Acting Director of Corporate Services
The Director of Corporate Services is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business operations of the College.
Jacqui Claassen
Acting Director of Teaching and Learning
The Director of Teaching and Learning has oversight over the academic programme at the College, across Kindergarten–Year 12.
Vanessa Smith
Director of Academic Operations
The Director of Academic Operations has oversight of the day-to-day teaching operations of the College and the co-curricular programme.
Jodie Mellor
Director of Boarding
The Director of Boarding is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Boarding House and the Pastoral Care of the boarders.
Simone Smalley
Chaplain
The Chaplain represents the Uniting Church in Australia at the College. This role has responsibility for Christian Ministries, Religious Education and Service Learning throughout the College community.
Kirstyn Johnson
Director of Development and Alumni Relations
The Director of Development and Alumni Relations supports the growth of philanthropy within the College community, strategic direction and implementation of fundraising strategy and Alumni communications and engagement.
Kelly Sheppard
Acting Director of Communications and Engagement
The Director of Communications and Engagement has oversight of the College's internal and external communications, marketing strategies and nurtures relationships with the College and broader communities.
