The Principal is the College's Chief Executive Officer and educational champion with overall responsibility for learning, teaching, students and all staff. At MLC, the Principal is assisted in this role by the College Leadership Team.

Deputy Principal

The Deputy Principal assists the Principal to achieve the intent of the College’s Vision, Mission and Values, and implement successfully the Strategic Plan. The Deputy Principal is responsible for matters relating to academic progress and student wellbeing across Kindergarten to Year 12, as well as the oversight of teachers’ welfare.
