Casual ELC/OSHC Educators

Casual Educators – Certificate III, Diploma and Pre-service teachers

We are seeking applications from enthusiastic Educators for our 96 place Early Learning Centre (ELC), providing dedicated care for children aged 12 months to 4 years, in a long day care setting.

MLC Early Learning Centre (MLC ELC) forms part of the wider MLC community. Children have access to beautiful school grounds and excursions including Teddy Bear’s picnics on the Great Court, river visits, trips to the music and sports departments and more. THE ROLE

We are creating our own pool of Educators for casual relief and permanent shifts, working between 6.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

ABOUT YOU

  • Qualifications at either Certificate III, IV or Diploma level Early Childhood Education or equivalent as assessed by ACECQA, or studying towards Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or similar
  • Some experience in an Early Childhood/Day Care setting
  • Working with Children Check card, National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old), and the right to work in Australia
  • Passion for Early Childhood Education
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and relationship building skills
  • A commitment to model, promote, and represent the College's Vision, Mission and Values at all times

Theatre Arts Assistant

Permanent part-time - 4 days per week, term time only

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic part-time Theatre Arts Assistant 4 days per week, working school term time only.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant qualifications, training and/or experience;
  • Experience in costume design, construction and sewing;
  • Knowledge of costume organisation, cataloguing and storage;
  • Strong administrative, organisation and time management skills;
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products;
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and care to students' needs and capabilities;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build excellent relationships with staff, students, parents, general public and other professionals;
  • Initiative, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Alumni Relations Officer

Permanent part-time 3 days per week, flexible arrangements

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic part-time Alumni Relations Officer drive alumni engagement through diverse initiatives including reunions and events, publications, social media and other marketing campaigns.

The successful applicant will have previous experience event co-ordination experience and strong marketing and communications capability. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and presentation, and be able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will be well organised, able to prioritise with high attention to detail.

Foundation Development Manager

Permanent part-time 3 days per week - flexible arrangements

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic Development Manager to co-ordinate the execution of fundraising campaigns and events. The position also manages the stewardship of donors, and the development of major gifts and bequests.

Reporting to the Director, the successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and a track record of success in managing and co-ordinating fundraising initiatives and events. You will have exemplary interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong initiative, drive and proactivity are essential, along with attention to detail and experience with CRM systems and engagement analytics.
