Employee Assistance Program
MLC has an Employee Assistance Programme available through Clear Minds, a subsidiary of Anglicare WA. Free confidential counselling is available for staff and their families for up to six (6) sessions per year. Support can be accessed by calling 1300 114 446.
Enterprise Agreement
The MLC Staff Agreement 2022-2024 came into operation from 23 February 2023. Attached is a copy of the Agreement with the two Modern Awards it should be read in conjunction with: Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020 and Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020, plus a summary of the National Employment Standards (NES).

Ultimate responsibility for our governance lies with the MLC Council, which appoints the Principal.
