I’m very lucky to be doing something I love every day. As Rome Archon, I’m able to bring to bring students together to develop spirit and camaraderie, which is great fun. It doesn’t matter what the event is, from swimming carnivals to the Heather Lamont Festival, you can count on the Romans to demonstrate teamwork, show amazing House spirit and have so much fun doing so. I like seeing the girls in a different environment, demonstrating their range of talents. I’ll often leave a House event with a bit of a headache from all the cheering, but it’s always worth it.
Growing up, I was drawn to sport and coaching and only ever wanted to be a Physical Education teacher. I have a very sporty family, which may have influenced my decision. Still to this day, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
