The Parents of MLC brings families together to strengthen our Community and support our girls.

The committee aims to encourage engagement and involvement between families and the College, welcome new Community members, support families in times of need, provide assistance to staff and enhance the College's education programmes.

Parents of MLC organise social, fundraising and community-based events, host parent education seminars and support a scholar in residence programme for our girls.

Parents, Step Parents, Guardians, Carers or any person having familial care of a student attending the College automatically become members of Parents of MLC.

The Committee includes an Executive of President, Junior, Middle and Senior Years' Representatives, Secretary and Treasurer as well as Non-Executive positions of New Families Coordinator, Parent Education, Values Support, Boarding and Trybooking Coordinators.

Parent Year Coordinators and Volunteers liaise with each year group.

Men of MLC

FUN DAY

Men of MLC is a group of enthusiastic and innovative dads, uncles, brothers, cousins and grandfathers, who enjoy being involved in our students' MLC journeys.

The group aims to foster the father/daughter relationship, and to build on the power of networking to provide enrichment and support for our girls.

The Men of MLC host an annual Dad and Daughter Dance and a MLC Fun Day.

Friends of Music MLC

Friends of Music

The Friends of Music MLC promotes and inspires the development of Music within our College and the wider community.

The committee provide opportunities for connection and friendship among parents of girls interested in Music across all year groups and supports the activities and aspirations of the Music Department. They also offer practical support at music concerts and events and fundraise for music related endeavours.

Membership to Friends of Music MLC is open to anyone. Parents of girls learning an instrument or participating in an ensemble at the College are warmly invited to join.

MLC Rowing Club

Head of the River

The MLC Rowing Club supports our students participating in Rowing as a winter sport.

The Club is made up of a dedicated network of motivated parents who hold events and fundraising initiatives throughout the season to support our girls with their Rowing ventures.

All parents of students involved in the Rowing programme are encouraged to join the Rowing Club.
