Gifting and Philanthropy
For more than 100 years Methodist Ladies' College has played a significant role in the education and personal development of generations of brilliant young women - women who are proud to call themselves Collegians.
In recognising the need to offer choice and to be competitive, the MLC Foundation has implemented a fundraising program that will enable the College to fast-track its strategic growth and resource projects. Projects such as buildings, recreational and learning facilities, cultural initiatives and scholarships, and deliver these in a timely fashion for the benefit of our girls today and tomorrow. Building Program
The building program offers a tax deductible opportunity to contribute to the building of new facilities such as the MLC health & sports centre, junior school and swimming pool. Naming rights are also available for large scale building projects.
Library and Technology Program
This program provides a wide range of tax deductible gifting options including facilities enabling small group study spaces to comfortable reading areas and computer libraries to music and viewing equipment. Support for this program ensures the continued growth and development of facilities such as the junior school library as well as resources for our daughters.
Scholarship Program
Donations to this tax deductible program ensures ongoing sponsorship for indigenous, academic, music, rural and collegian scholarships that provide our talented students with opportunities, support and momentum to further develop their education and skills. You may also request donor-specific scholarships.
Bequest Program
The gift of education is priceless. A bequest that fosters educational excellence has the ability to make a real impact on the future of the community. A bequest to Methodist Ladies' College last beyond a lifetime, creating an enduring bond with the College and its students.
Special Purpose Program
The program provides the perfect opportunity to support MLC through the provision of goods and services.
