College Council and Management are committed to providing the highest quality education for your daughter/s, while keeping the fees as low as is practical and offering a range of payment options.
Fee Inclusive School
Methodist Ladies' College is proud to be a "fee inclusive" school. Our fees include all costs that are known to be an integral part of the curriculum for a particular year group.
Some additional costs may be payable throughout the year for activities specific to a subject taken by your daughter, but which do not apply to the entire year
The only additional charges you may incur would be in the instance that your daughter chose to participate in extra-curricular activities such as sailing, rowing or instrumental music lessons.

The boarding fee includes tuition, nursing care and routine laundry.
Fees and charges are to be paid in advance. Payment of such fees and charges must be made prior to the commencement of the period to which they relate.
Paying your fees
Did you know that you can now pay your fees online? The link is a secure server for transactions. Your payment will be passed directly to the Accounts Department for processing. You will then receive a receipt by mail from the College. For more information about this service, contact the Community Relations Office on 9384 4000.
Or, save time by paying your bills through BPAY. Simply quote this BPAY Biller Code: 686386 and the reference number on the tax invoice from the College. For assistance or more information, contact the Accounts department on 9383 0246 or 9383 0216.
Alternatively, you can pay your fees in person by visiting the Accounts department, located in the main administration building, or by phoning Accounts staff on 9383 0246 or 9383 0216.
Registration
A non-refundable Registration Fee must be lodged with every application. Please contact the Registrar's Officer for more information.
Confirming fee
A Confirming Fee is paid on acceptance of a place to attend the College and is non-refundable. The current prevailing Confirming Fees are:
- First Daughter
20% of the 2007 Year 8 Local Fees - Each Additional Daughter
10% of the 2007 Year 8 Local Fees
