College Leadership Team

Members of the Leadership Team work together with the Principal, both strategically and operationally, to ensure all policies, procedures and processes align with the College's Mission Statement and Values, and to plan for the future.

	REBECCA CODY Principal The Principal is the College's Chief Executive Officer and educational champion with overall responsibility for learning, teaching, students and all staff. At MLC, the Principal is assisted in this role by the College Leadership Team.
	YVONNE PALMER Deputy Principal The Deputy Principal assists the Principal in the pursuit of the College Vision and Mission Statements and Strategic Plan and Goals. The Deputy Principal is responsible to the Principal for matters relating to the academic and pastoral needs of students in Years K - 12 and the overall welfare of staff in the College. The Deputy Principal will deputise for the Principal as required.
	LORICA STOREY Director of Corporate Services The Director of Corporate Services is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business operations of the College.
	MICHAEL BROWN Dean of Junior Years' Education The Dean of Junior Years' Education assists the Principal in the pursuit of the College Vision and Mission Statements and Strategic Plan and Goals. In doing so, the Dean of Junior Years' Education has specific responsibility in the Junior Years (K-6) and for the management and attainment of the strategic goals.
	BRUCE WILKINS Acting Dean of Middle Years' Education The Dean of Middle Years' Education assists the Principal in the pursuit of the College Vision and Mission Statements and Strategic Plan and Goals. In doing so, the Dean of Middle Years' Education has specific responsibility in the Middle Years (7-9) and for the management and attainment of the strategic goals.
	LEISA MASLIN Dean of Senior Years' Education The Dean of Senior Years' Education assists the Principal in the pursuit of the College Vision and Mission Statements and Strategic Plan and Goals. In doing so, the Dean of Senior Years' Education has specific responsibility in the Senior Years (10-12) and for the management and attainment of the strategic goals.
	REVEREND ANNE WRIGHT Chaplain The Chaplain represents the Uniting Church of Australia at the College. This role has responsibility for Christian Ministries and Christian Education throughout the College community.
	ELAINE RILEY Director of Boarding The Director of Boarding is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Boarding House and the Pastoral Care of the boarders.
	ANDREA MCGURK Director of Community Relations The Director of Community Relations is responsible for the marketing of the College and the development of the College community.
